  • 1. What are the dates and times for the Winter Camp?
    The Winter Camp will run from January 2nd to January 4th, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.

    2. Where will the camp be held?
    The camp will be held at Seoul International Christian Academy (SICA).

    3. What is the age range for participants?
    The camp is open to students in 3rd grade and above.

    4. How many participants can join the camp?
    The camp is limited to 50 students to ensure a high-quality experience.

    The camp will cover engaging STEM activities and modules, including space science, robotics, and cybersecurity. A detailed agenda will be shared upon registration.

    2. How will the participants be grouped?
    If there is a wide age range, students will be divided into two cohorts to match their learning speed.

    3. What are the benefits of attending the camp?
    Participants will gain hands-on experience in STEM subjects, develop problem-solving and teamwork skills, and enjoy a fun and educational experience.

    The registration fee is $501 USD per participant.

    3. What is included in the registration fee?
    The fee covers all camp materials, activities, and expert-led sessions. Meals are not included.

  • 1. Will meals be provided?
    As this camp is not organized by SICA, students are responsible for arranging their own lunch each day.

    They have two options:

    Purchase lunch from the cafeteria

    • Cost: Approximately 10,000 won per day

    • Menu: Quick and simple American-style snacks, including sandwiches, hotdogs, pizza, and drinks

    • Payment: Cash only

    Bring their own packed lunch

    Please ensure that your child is prepared with their preferred lunch option each day.

  • 1. Who will be supervising the camp?
    The camp will be led by experienced instructors and facilitators, with additional support from volunteers and staff.

    2. What safety measures are in place?
    We ensure all activities are conducted in a safe environment with proper supervision. A consent form must be signed during registration.
